I don't judge that seller. He might just not know what he had, tubes could also be stored improperly, without any protection - that's an often problem. To bad, he didn't describe them as "untested". Why the description was "like new"? The positive thing in my story is, that he didn't make any problems with my claim - refundation is accepted, I'm just waiting for the money to physically show up on my account.
Bartek. BTW I like buying untested nixies.
