Install libreoffice. It's MS office compatible and free. It's the office suite
of choice for us Linux users.

I'm an old guy who had a clock hobbyist as a partner. Sadly, Kenny died and
left me with workshops full of parts and equipment that I know little about.
Among what he left were a few nixie clock assembled kits, bits and pieces of
board kits, a 4-inch folder of invoices, kit manuals, and articles about nixie
clocks. Also were a lot of unused and unsoldered tubes. I'm not sure I have the
perfect numbers, but I count about 50 IN-14s, 10 OG4s, 13 NH_126, and a couple
of NH_17s. I took pictures of things and will include them in the Microsoft
Word document attached.

I'm wondering if there's anyone on the list who resides here in Southern
California. I could imagine an interested neighbor rifling through the 15 or so
pounds of stuff in the 20"x20"x10" box to find things they were interested in.
I'd also be willing to ship the box to someone that I thought I could trust to
pay fair prices and return what they didn't want at my expense -- but can these
things be shipped, or are such electronics considered hazardous waste?

Care and appreciation for any suggestions.
