Have you asked the seller for a possible full or partial refund? There are some special epoxy glues used for vacuum gluing glass which I was trying to get hold of a few years but they were very expensive, I think this was one of the threads I wound up at: https://www.researchgate.net/post/Which_epoxy_or_glue_is_best_for_high_vacuum_and_temperatures_above_80_degrees
