Turning an archived site into offline form is not trivial. There's an app for 
it written in Ruby and my brother is fluent in that so with a little tinkering 
he was able to do it:

If you have problems please let me know. It works here in Safari and Firefox. 
I've tried to extract the data and put it into a spreadsheet or a database with 
some success. It's incomplete.
