The lot I bought also contained two GN-1s so it being of the GN-variety as 
well is likely. The other two are branded STC. Judging by the pictures 
Peter provided, I believe GN-2 is the best bet.

Dimensions of the tube:
- Diameter of the glass envelope: ~40mm
- Diameter of the base: ~45mm
- Length from bottom to tip: ~62mm
