IN-16 tubes are leaky?    I wonder if they had been de-soldered.    Wire 
ended tubes being heated and pulled often causes leaks.
I am wondering what luck I might have if I get some of these IN-16 tubes 
still attached to their original boards.
What does everyone think of that idea?
