Is there still somewhere a (semi-) professional shop that specializes in the repair of old, damaged or failing neon tube signs active in Europe? Belgium would be awesome, but let's not dream... And I mean the whole shebang, electronics, fixing and filling broken glass, testing... Asking for an art institute in the possession of old neon art pieces in various states of potential disrepair.
