This tube, along with a test socket arrived yesterday from Sadudu in China. It is very well constructed and so far seems to work quite well too. It is running using 170 volts DC through a 10k anode resistor. It draws between 3.5 and 4 milliamps depending upon which digit is lit. This test circuit has it running from a 74142 counter/driver IC, operated by a 555 timer running in astable mode at approximately 1 Hz.
The other video shows my data sheet for it translated into inches. -Chuck https://youtu.be/CTtLMccOt5E https://youtu.be/r0VFP5ckZuI -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "neonixie-l" group.
