Hi Jim,
If the fader can be disassembled at all, it may be a Penny and
Giles, which are repairable. If not, it probably needs to be replaced.
If it's a P&G, it will have a sticker with model #, batch # and Spec #
on the sides. You will need all of that info to get parts from Dale
Manquen who is the P&G rep. [email protected]
