Nathan,
I have a cable at my shop that I will check later for the proper
colour code and send you a list. Has the cable been disconnected at both
ends, or just one end? If it's both, my list will help you, if it's just
one end, you just need to match up the colours to the designations from
one end to the other (I have often seen the lines not follow the colour
code). So, if for example the cable is still connected at the console
end, and the +18 terminals have a Red and a Red/Black wire on them, just
connect the red and red/black wires to the +18 terminals on the PS.
Actually, from memory, it goes:
+18 Red
+18 Red/black
-18 Blue
-18 Blue/black
0v (audio) Black
0v (audio) Black/white
+48v White
48v Ground White/black
-25v Green
-25v Ground Green/Black
+36v (Meters) Orange
36v Ground Orange/black
Check everything VERY, VERY CAREFULLY. As I said, I have often seen
this done differently, SO CHECK VERY CAREFULLY!
best,
Ike
PS. Did I mention that you need to CHECK THIS CAREFULLY???

Hi all.
Does anybody have a photo of the Elan II power supply connected to the
console ?
I had list of which colour wires were which ground etc. and a photo of
them connected, but I have lost them somehow.
Thanks,
Nathan
