Check the transistor on the circuit board, there are 2 of them. One for the Neg side and one for the Pos side =/- 18V. Other than that it would be the voltage regulator which looks like an IC chip. There are all so 2 resistors that are around 150 ohms that could have been worn out Good Luck, Clark
