Hey guys, For those interested, I got the black black screws for my channel strips and they fit perfectly. I got them at www.clipsandfasteners.com for $4.10 per box of 100 screws (plus shipping). They are #8x1/2" Phillips oval head tapping screws black oxide. Code number is: A10163
My question is there any way you can tell if a channel has been recapped? I bought my board from Primal Gear in Nashville and had them recap the entire thing (it's 18 years old). I live in West Virginia and had no way of checking on them during that time. PG seems to have a pretty good reputation, but I'm just paranoid I guess because it wasn't cheap. Are there any telltale signs?
