Review request for Nepomuk and Sebastian Trueg.
Description
-------
This just starts the nepomukserver, and does not start any other
nepomukservices. It is useful cause when running nepomukserver in a
test environment we want to be able to control exactly which services
start, and not have to swtich them off or resort to hacks like filling
the nepomukserverrc with AutoStart=false for many services.
