This change only affects nepomuk-core.

If there are no problems, I will do the following -

* Implement these "changes" in master
* leave 4.10.0 alone.
* Implement these changes in KDE/4.10 in time for 4.10.1

By "changes", I mean removing the automatic updates AND adding the new API.
