Hi
After using Nessus for a while I feel quite
comfortable with most of the functions, with
one small exception, nessus-update-plugins.

No problem to use it, no problem to see in the
Win-client how many plugins i have available on the
server, no problems to see that something really
happens with -v option.
But when using client and server on the same Linux
box I haven't found any way to see the actual number
of plugins I actually have on my server.
OK, of course i can do a grep on the plugins library
and count, but that feels rather blunt.
What I search for is basically the same information
as on the page
http://cgi.nessus.org/plugins/dump.php3?viewby=family
"(There are 809 plugins in the database)"

Where can I find it in the Linux-client?

Best regards,
/Eppis
