command line operations

Hi,
I just installed nessus on a machine that has no X server. While I have the
program installed and am able to run nessusd -D, I could find no documentation
on actually running it from the command line.
If someone could point me to a place where I could find this info and perhaps
some script samples and example files, I would be most grateful.
