I'm using Nmap 2.54BETA22 and CVS' Nessusd 1.0.10. Nessus reports some ports as "unknown" when I know they are in the nmap-services file. It doesn't matter whether I select Nmap or Nmap Tcp connect scan() on the Scan options, I get ports that do not map correctly. If I run Nmap manually, the ports map correctly.
