If this is an rpm, try:
man rpm
Learn how to use the package management software.
If you are compiling from source you will probably have to do it by hand, I
don't think there is a make uninstall/deinstall option. What I would usually
do is build packages on a development machine and install packages on a
production machine (most popular free operating systems come with nessus
packages anyway in their package system).
