I wrote a new startup script recently that setup a "cleaner" environment,
and nmap's directory wasn't there.
Would have helped if that was in the log. I will look to see if it makes
sense to add this, and submit a patch.

Make sure that 'nmap' is in your PATH when you start nessusd (ie: make
sure that 'which nmap' returns something just before you type nessusd
