Not identical in fact. "enable all but dangerous plugins" disable the ACT_DENIAL and ACT_DESTRUCTIVE_ATTACK plugins. "safe checks" disable those plugins _and_ modifies the behaviour of many other plugins (mainly ACT_MIXED_ATTACK) According to the source code (or at least, what I understood), "safe checks" should block rfpoison.nasl
