hey all.. i just upgraded to Nessus 1.2 and am having all kinds of problems.
I used to be able to scan 10 machines at a time, no problem. Now, when I scan, I come back the next day and the window is frozen (no picture, just the outline of the results box, etc..). So I figured I would run it via command line and just open the results file. That did not work either, I specified the output file from the scan, but nothing was generated. So I opened the nessus gui, and opened that session, it took hours just to parse the data and give me the results window, where I managed to save as an nbe file before freezing. I restarted the nessus gui and tried to open the results file, same thing, frozen. I'd like to skip all this GUI overhead, and just go for text results. what kind of command line syntax should I use to scan a list of machines and save the results in a text file? gvb
