Wasn't aware that was considered abusive language. Sorry about that. Anyway's the nessusd.messages file contains:
[Tue Apr 30 12:49:23 2002][11772] user danielh : launching ssh_crc32.nasl against xxx.xxx.x.xxx [11784] [Tue Apr 30 12:49:25 2002][11772] ssh_crc32.nasl (process 11784) finished its job in 1.31 seconds When run from the command line it works. I am assuming that the message of "Success" means that it worked since a test against a machine with the latest openSSH doesn't return that string. The gui (nessusWX) doesn't report this in it's results though. -dan Hugo van der Kooij wrote: > <snip> > What is in your nessusd.messages file? > > Hugo. > > PS: Would you mind leaving out the abusive language? > > -- > All email send to me is bound to the rules described on my homepage. > [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://hvdkooij.xs4all.nl/ > Don't meddle in the affairs of sysadmins, > for they are subtle and quick to anger. -- Daniel Harrison Security Engineer Loudcloud, Inc. 408.744.7809 "Past performance does not guarantee future results."
