I've had quite a few problem with Nessus during NMAP scans... I'm curious what the recommended version of NMAP to use with Nessus 1.2.0 is. I might want to upgrade... I'm still using the NMAP I used with Nessus 1.1.9 when I first set it up. I'm sure there is a newer NMAP then the one I'm running (I don't recall what version and don't have what I need to look it up at the moment).
