Dangerous plugins are in the categories, "ACT_DESTRUCTIVE_ATTACK", and "ACT_DENIAL". With the gui you can see which those are by using the filter by category option. If you just want to look at nasl plugins, you can use egrep to find the scripts:
cd /usr/local/lib/nessus/plugins; egrep -l "(ACT_DESTRUCT|ACT_DENIAL)" *.nasl This won't give you and compiled plugins (.nes), but I think it covers all the destructive ones.
