plugins window nearly empty after update

Hi   I used nessus 1.1.4 and decided yesterday to update my plugins list, i downloaded the all-1.2.tar.gz package , copied files to /usr/lib/nessus/plugins. Now When i connect to the server, i have a plugins window with a very few scripts (corresponding to the *.nes files). All my *.nasl are not used ? There are no errors in the nessusd log file   Can someone explain please?   Thanks
