I came across this problem in the archives. I contacted Steve and he informed me that what was happening to him was that nmap_wrapper.nes was hanging when nmap was reporting that all UDP ports were open.
I'm running nessus-1.2.3, and nmap_wrapper.nes appears to be hanging when nmap reports that all TCP ports scanned are open (it can happen). The UDP problem was apparently fixed in 1.1.14... Anyone else having this problem ? I tried to track this down in nmap_wrapper.c but no luck so far.
