Probably your inetd on those boxes is configured to spawn the DCS service,
but the binary it tries to call is not there.  (Be careful, if someone
could put a trojaned one in that location you might be in trouble).  Look
in /etc/inetd.conf (or wherever Sun keeps it) and find the line with
/usr/lib/dcs and disable it if its not needed.

It could be very likely caused by the average portscan that hits the DCS
port.  It could also come from specific checks - Do a 'grep dcs *.nasl' in
your plugins directory to see if you can find a specific check.
