I assume you meant when you started the Nessus "client" and not the
server, it prompted you that message. 

The easiest way to check out which plugins have been disabled for your
network's security is to click on each of the plugin libraries and
scroll down. You'll notice that those that aren't selected are generally
DOS or Buffer Overflow attacks...these are the plugins Nessus warned you
about earlier. Of course, if you want the "full" security audit, simply
click on the button that says "Enable all Plugins" under the Plugins
Tab.
