I would recommend running the nessus client from the command line and
saving the resultant NBE report on the server itself.

I would strongly advise against having nessus reports fly around in
e-mail.  I can hardly imagine more sensitive information than the
results of a nessus scan, and having that sort of thing flying around
the Internet (or my LAN) unencrypted sends shivers down my spine.
