I tried to install nessus 1.2.7 on solaris 2.8 and got the following
during the installation:
ld: fatal: library -lpcap-nessus: not found
ld: fatal: File processing errors. No output written to
.libs/libnasl.so.1.2.7
make[1]: *** [libnasl.la] Error 1
make: *** [all] Error 2
**** An error occured :/
I also defined LD_LIBRARY_PATH to include /usr/local/lib but no luck.
Please advise.
