Had one more question.
I got a message,(in nessus ) that " It was possible to
make the remote FTP server crash
by sending the command 'CWD ~{'."
I wish to check it on my own. i logged in the ftp server and gave a
command
cwd followed with the "x" [so many as i could ~500]. But in ftp -
console i
got a message ?Invalid command.
I checked also what happened with ethereal. I got the following
output:

ready.

257 "/" is current directory.
Whereas if i do the test with nessus i get the output, that cwd
command
successful. What do I do incorrect??
