How did you install Nessus? Installing from source should get you at
least man pages for these.  [At least in 1.2.7 there's no
"nessus-ckcert".  Do you mean "nessus-mkcert"?]

I don't know of such a quick reference. 

I believe all the commands installed with nessus start with "nessus", go
in either /usr/local/bin or /usr/local/sbin by default, and come with
man pages.  So you could search those directories and look at the man
pages. Not ideal, but it should work.
