I _think_ the behavior is in pluginset_apply() in preferences.c. There it appears that the non-DoS plugins are automatically enabled as they are inserted into the config. I haven't had a chance to do any testing, but I imagine if one implemented a new preference of some sort to deal with this this is where one would go to make the actual behavior change.Can anyone shed some light on what is going on? I'm completely baffled. I know it must be something stupid I'm missing.
