Okay, assuming a continuous scan that are at least 10.000 per month or 300 per day, or about 12 an hour, so every five minutes per PC.
Now the tricky part is to estimate the scan time per PC, and that can differ vastly. I had a scan run for days in my tiny lab network (okay, mostly firewalls, some even tarpitting), where the scanning PC's CPU was idle most time. So maybe you just check one "Standard" PC (Workstation) for reference so you don't fall into that (tar)pit?
