Nmap wrapper failing ?

I'm using Nessus 1.2.7 on a Redhat 7.3 machine (kernel 2.4.18-3).

I see that the scan results on the same machine, in the same network/systems conditions, are different. The first difference is the open ports detected by nmap.I've tried to do the same port scan using only nmap and the problem does not appear.

Maybe is the nmap wrapper that is failing ?
