These plugins :

are in the category "ACT_SETTINGS" and can not be disabled, by design.
They don't emit any packet, they just write stuff in the KB.
As for the other plugins (mostly the .nes ones), they'll be disable when
you disable the relevant port scanners in the "scan option" section of
the client.
