I see the same timeout problem here, but only with 2 scripts :
- DDI_Directory_Scanner.nasl (seems to be because the machines I scan
have web sites with many pages).
- gamespy_detect.nasl (it connects to many UDP ports sequentially)

I'll try to see if setting a higher timeout for these scripts help.
