Thank you for your fast reaction! I used the nessus-installer.sh, downloaded from the debian.org-published link. Do I have to pay attantion to some special debian specific things? Do I have to remove the old installation before installing the new one by using the nessus-installer.sh? Should I remove the installation and use the debian-packages instead?
(removing the checkpointNG.nasl did not solve the problem :-( ) Thank you. -----Ursprngliche Nachricht----- Von: Javier Fernandez-Sanguino [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Gesendet: Donnerstag, 27. [1]Then you should use 2.0.0-2 packages (you might have 2.0.0-1) there are some bugs in them which make nessus runs fail. You can also remove the checkpointNG.nasl plugin (in /usr/lib/nessus/plugins) which seems to cause that issue. Regards Javi [1] people.debian.org/~jfs/nessus/2.0.0
