Processing Nessus Output

I know through the NessusWX client you can format reports in PDF as well as txt and html, but I have had problems with formatting into HTML. It likes to crash halfway through with a weird error message.   I have heard rumors that there are other 3rd party software packages that formats Nessus output as well. Any input on this?   David
