I would try:

 Ping the remote host[checkbox]:Do a TCP ping = yes
 Ping the remote host[entry]:TCP ping destination port(s) : = 25

But then, I want to do a TCP ping to port 25 (SMTP), you might want to ping port 80, 
or port 22.

I'm not using a GUI, i use nessus in text-mode. :)

I done:

 Ping the remote host[checkbox]:Do a TCP ping = no
 Ping the remote host[checkbox]:Do an ICMP ping = no
 Nmap[radio]:TCP scanning technique : = connect()
 Nmap[checkbox]:UDP port scan = no
 Nmap[checkbox]:RPC port scan = no
 Nmap[checkbox]:Ping the remote host = no

And i yet can't scan a host that block ping. What i'm doing wrong ??
