This is probably a stupid question, and if the answer is already in some doc or man page that I missed, please just point me to it.
I know nessus has wrappers to call nmap, whisker, and nikto. What other external programs can nessus work directly with? Do I need to install queso or hping2 or smb libraries or some snmp command line tools? I want to know how much of what nessus does is internalized and how much relies on other pieces of code.
