Have anyone tried to scan broadcast Ips (xxx.xxx.xxx.0, xxx.xxx.xxx.255) with Nessus?
I had tried to run such scan under RedHat Linux (7.3). Nessus (2.0.5) started, however immediately exited on portscan. Will the Nessus behavior depend on the OS from which the scan is performed, other hosts on the network, network equipment (switches, routers) configuration? Alex.
