I am receiving the
following message regarding Plugin ID 11571. Yet I cannot find anything
about it on the nessus site.
Does anyone know

The remote host ignores the FIN flag of sent TCP packet
when the SYN flag is set, and replies normally with
SYN|ACK packet.
An attacker may use this flaw to bypass certain firewall
