Duplicate functions in nmap_osfingerprint

I was curious why there are duplicate functions for the following 
functions in the nmap_osfingerprint plugin.

getinterfaces()
ipaddr2devname()
islocalhost()
get_random_bytes()
getsourceip()
routethrough()
These functions are already in libnessus and from a cursory review, they 
appear to be the same.
