That is not a correct test. Nessus plugins are not completely independent as they take information from the knowledge base. You can run plugins on the command line, but I wouldn't advise it unless you are familiar with NASL and able to understand the source code.To check whether they are false positives I ran the corresponding nasl script standalone, and they in turn didn't give any success output.
