Thanks! And this may sound like a stupid question, it certainly feels like one, but is Nessus distributed with nmap embedded within it? I ask only because I don't seem to have nmap on my system, but nessus does appear to do a full port scan of the specified range (default 1-15000) as well as provide an OS fingerprint. For some reason, because I was getting expected results, I figured that nmap was somehow included. Then I caught the thread from a couple of days ago from people who may not have provided the proper path to nmap, and wondered what nmap functionality may be included with the distribution. Patrick
