Based on previous messages, I know that there are multiple RPC issues, and
yes, there is one that Nessus includes which the current MS03-026 hotfix
does not address. However, I know that there is another MS hotfix in the
works that will supercede the current hotfix, and I assume that it addresses
that last issue.
Based on the various reports, I believe that the MSBLASTER worm only
propagates to unpatched Windows 2000 and Windows XP machines, although I
suspect that it might crash RPC on other machines (but no mention has been
made of that). Thus, I'm making double-sure that my Windows NT machines are
also patched.
