Sometimes the results WILL be different... If you have different alias paths, different cgi-bin, php, asp code, different sql stuff it will be different. Different virtual hosts may respond differently to cross site scripting, have different exposed directories, different permissions on indexing, etc. > I guess I could just run it and see, but that would take some time :-) or you could disable the reverse dns and put in an ip address for the target if each host is EXACTLY the same.
