Plugins for Nessus 1.2.x

Hi all,   maybe this is a newbie question, but... I have a Nessus 1.2.7 server that can't be upgraded to 2.x.x. Can I use new plugins with that? I looked for the file on nessus site (it used to be all-1.2.tar.gz) but can't find it anymore... just all-2.x.tar.gz or something.   Can I use the 2.0 plugins? Or where can I find old ones? Are they still under update?   Thanks a lot   NA
