And, maybe some of us are so 'heads down' into what we are doing, that we missed the initial post...There is also a psychological term called 'diffusion of responsibility'. The principle applies to mailing lists (like this one). So, as Hugo alluded to above, the question may have been so simple that we all "assumed" that someone else would answer it...
